I will never forget that fluffy white tail that used to wag so hard when you saw me
I will never forget your nails that always leave scratches on my leg

It must be at least partially my fault for you to fall ill
I knew i didnt take good care of you
Seeing you suffer makes me heartbroken.
i remember you always being such a good companion,
lying beside me when i'm sick
but i couldnt do anything when that happens to you

Its a relief that you're now out of pain,
and going to a better place.
